Privacy Policy

Zyra AI ("we", "us") is the Zyra AI voice assistant for Android and the website vaaniai.online, operated by Rajesh Kumar Sah, Nepal. Questions about this policy can be sent to vaaniai.np@gmail.com.

• Account data — your name, email address and profile picture when you register or sign in on the website.
• License data — your license key, plan type, purchase date, download count and a hashed device identifier for each phone you activate. We never receive your phone's raw hardware ID; the app hashes it before sending.
• Payment claims — payments are manual (bank / wallet transfer). We receive only what you send us by email: your name, transaction reference and chosen plan. We never see or store card numbers, wallet PINs or bank credentials.
• App data stays on your device — your conversations with Zyra, memories, diary and settings are stored locally on your phone. Voice requests are processed by the AI services the app is configured with; we do not run a server that stores your conversations.

• To create and verify your license and enforce the device limit of your plan.
• To let you download the app and see your plan on your dashboard.
• To confirm payments and respond to support requests.
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

The Zyra app asks for permissions (microphone, accessibility, contacts, phone, SMS, notifications) only to perform the actions you ask for by voice — such as making a call or opening an app. Each permission is optional; features that need a permission you decline simply stay off. Permissions are used on-device and are never used to collect data in the background.

License and account records are kept while your license is active. You can request deletion of your account, license or device registrations at any time by emailing vaaniai.np@gmail.com from your registered address. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app data from your phone.

License keys in the app are stored encrypted, device identifiers are hashed with SHA-256 before leaving your phone, and all traffic between the app, the website and our servers uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimize what we collect so there is little to lose.

Access keys are personal and tied to your email, with a device limit set by your plan (Basic, Star, Premium or Custom). Keys may be revoked if resold or shared publicly. For payment or refund issues, contact us with your transaction reference — we handle these case by case.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use of the website or app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
